Baby Thy doesn't feel so good.

Hold on...

let me put on my hat...

yay! me and baby Thy in her sweltering Christmas wool sweater on a hot delta day.

maybe

maybe not. amidst flashing lights, photos, wannabe-lookbook tendencies and incoherent thought processes, I thought maybe this year I should make tangible resolutions for myself. not those overarching ones that I never do reach, like "have the best year ever!" But tangible.

new year's resolution/goals:

01 make a design a day
02 write a page a day
03 just fucking live & love

365 days. maybe. maybe not.

The longer I stay in Vietnam, the larger my fear gets that I will lose my fashion sense. Aw yes, you would be suprised at how hypnotizing glitter labels, nonsense English, flower froo froo and overly convenient 2 piece shirts with a vest sewn-in can be. (The other day I attempted to buy a black scarf covered with skulls, to which the vendor lady replied "Oh who sells scarves separately? I only sell it with the shirt together" Sigh.)

In order to remember,

I thought I would document my fashion finds in Vietnam for you.
There is hope folks. There is hope.
